Proposed change: Light Whirl Combo
Actually, you’d be surprised how useful the current combo is in dungeons like AC. What does need fixing is the projectile finisher – it only affects allies who stand right next to the target.

I love this combo in group fights. What you have to realize is its balanced for team vs team play, not solo vs solo, and that it is underwhelming when people in your group are not used to it.
Everyone knows about blasting water fields and fire fields, but not everyone knows about whirling through lightfields.
On our frontline we often put down 1-2 Walls of Reflection, which are already powerful by default on what they do. Then we have specifically 2 GS users (guard , war) and 1 ele in tornado roll through it back and forth. It provides so much condition cleansing its unbelievable.
I suggest for your next time to try this out, assign 1 such ele (note: needs to be a frontline ele, not squishy) and 2 other players before the fight. Practice a little on various terrain. Time it. You dont wanna waste the tornado. Use it when being stacked with conditions. You will see the difference in the combo performance very plainly.
So sorry, but I have to disagree with you on its effectiveness, it is very effective and I think your problem is with your teams execution of it. Do you have dedicated people to execute the combo ? Do you call it out ? Do you time it during engagements for max effect ?
