Does this work together properly? Both the 6th rune bonus and pure of voice are meant to remove a condition. So when a guardian uses a shout it removes two conditions types from a group?

As a veteran guardian using this build since release, I believe the FAQ is wrong.
The soldier rune triggers before the pure of voice trait. So if you have only one condition, you’ll get no boon.

Pleurodesed is right, first to trigger is soldier’s runes, then PoV.

Really? Then it was brutally overpowered. With soldier runes you can clear 2 making yourself virtually immune to conditions. 3 condis each shout? So overpowered…

Every class applies conditions, you don’t fight for more than 1 or 2 seconds before you get 2 or 3+ more conditions, so clearing 3 couldn’t possibly be overpowered.
