Guild Wars 2

Hey there guys, this seems to be an active forum so i decided to ask a few questions of mine.

It is a greatsword, sword/shield build.

For runes i am using Frezze after swap weapons and +5% critical chance on the shield.

About Ah, i tested it with a friend to see if it was worthy on pvp, and i find out that i was getting about 77 heal every GS hit, and not only on the third hit which gives might, can someone explain this? I think i wasnt applying any other boons to myself so i could heal.

Another thing, is it worth getting that trait on pvp?

I cant access the link, might just be because I am on my phone. But the reason you are getting AH heals is because of the 5 point vitality trait which gives 1s vigor on crit. Essentially any time you crit tou get an AH heal.
