Guild Wars 2

I doubt there is really an effective one but the only thing keeping me from loving my guardian is the slow animations from allot of weapons, so I end up with using very few. I was wondering is there some kind of shout boon duration build that is effective in pve stuff? Fractals, dungeons, or even raiding?

Just bring a mesmer with you? :<
