A nice, neutral option that could be used for running away or charging forward would be something like
“Rally!”
or
“Rally to me!”
Not that we’ll ever see them change this.

“Make Haste!” or “Lead The Way!” would be fitting names since they can be used in any context, they’re also references to paragon shouts from GW1 whereas “Retreat!” references a warrior shout from GW1.
