It happen only some times, but when I active it, it don’t recharge my Virtues.

Someone had the same problem?

The virtues refresh after you’ve finished channeling it. I’ve noticed occasionally that there’s a small delay between when it’s finished and when the virtues actually come off cooldown. If you perform any sort of interrupting action such as a dodge even if the channel bar LOOKS like it’s finished, but the virtues aren’t yet recharged, then it will count as an interrupt and the cooldowns won’t be reset.

You are probably dodging out of it because it’s 3 seconds instead of 2. I did it a lot on the first day of the patch.
