Guild Wars 2

What I mean to say is, is the HotW set still the best for Guardians in the PvE game? Last I played, all guardians were grinding HotW to get the Koda gear because of the toughness / vit / power stats it offers.

Now I’m hard tasked to find a HotW group LFM in LA, or anyone even willing to form a HotW group.

Is there a new endgame dungeon that offers better gear for Guardians or have I missed the boat in terms of the larger population having already got their sets and not needing to run HotW any more? Is the vit / tough / power trio still the favoured stat combination on Guardians?

it entirely depends on how you want to play. : ))

a lot will say if you’re doing PvE, then go full berserkers. though i know that’s not for everyone. if you’re doing solely PvE/dungeons, i want to say PVT has a place, but not as predominant as knight’s or berserkers.

in WvW, PVT is nice to have, but even then, i would still mix and match with others to augment damage, get some crit chance % of dmg % in there, etc etc. but if you went a full PVT set, you can still mix and match trinkets and traits of course.

bottom line though – it entirely depends on how you want to play, tbh. : ))
