why this trait does not apply on torch? it’s 1 handed…. if it work as intended you should change the description to fit your toughts (critical hit chance increased with 1 handed weapons….)

Cheekiness aside, this is correct. The bonus only applies to mainhand weapons.

I think the real question is, why does it only reduce cooldowns on the sword? :>

Probable because now each weapon has it’s own individual cooldown reduction trait.
