I am currently 15/0/30/20/0, my gear consists of the rune upgrades: 4 major runes of Balthazar and 3 major runes of Lyssa. I primarily use my greatsword which has superior sigil of bloodlust. Shouldn’t my gear have superior runes? I feel squishy all of a sudden. I am in full zerker gear. Any suggestions would be fantastic!

You will be squishy since you’re in full Zerker gear and that being the case you might as well finish it all off by using Ruby Jewels in your armour slots. To make up for being squishy you have to dodge and use your damage mitigation skills well.

If you’re still feeling squishy after getting timed dodging etc down then trade out the Zerker armour for Knights and give that a try.

Don’t worry about gear and runes into you get to 80. You’re going to have to replace it all. So just save your gold until then.
