Are you guys able to deal reliable damage with scepter AA?

From tests results its very good now, up there with the others in fact I think its slightly more then 1hsword.

but no cleave on scepter AA

Jokes aside I’m very pleased that Anet listened to our concerns about scepter being more useful. I LOVE the new changes.

Then have you considered not being an Asura, or at least wearing platform shoes?
