Any builds for PvE/Fractals/PvP that use Scepter as one of mainish weapons? (on a swap is fine I guess)
Meteorologicus is my favourite legendary and want to get it first, so yeah

Here’s a build I used when I played Burn Guardian. Maxed out condi damage rather than condi duration, so you should try both and see what works better.
