Scepter build?
Maybe something like this, with full damage gear. :

This would be more of a back-mid line fighter. With strong damage and the ability to stack 5 invulnerability per immobilize (which you have three). It would also give you +40% damage if an enemy is burning and you can keep Aegis up.
If you needed to dive the enemy line to create havoc, you can pop Shield of Wrath (wait 2s) + Ring of Warding → Judges Intervention + Mighty Blow = ~15K instant burst damage and the ring to trap survivors.
What rune setup / armor setup would u suggest with that build? Something like Knight’s? id imagine some zerker in there somewhere for the added crit etc.. what i love about scepter is, if i get my crit chance to a respectable lvl, and put a quickness sigil on it, if it procs, its pretty much GG hitting people for 2k + auto attacks insanely fast. not to mention scepter 2
It’s hard to say on the gear or runes, because the traits will make you a complete glass cannon. I think it’s safe to use berserker for the accessories because with jewels they provide higher damage output, but for armor you have a couple of options. You could continue with berserker gear and just be a back-line glass cannon. Or you could use soldier gear to give you some durability and with proper dodges/aegis/elite be able to survive dives into enemy zergs much better. Or you could chose Knight or Valkyrie to mix offense and defense. Keep in mind with accessories and traits you will already have a 50% crit chance, so although Knight is the common way to go, you may be better off with the Power increase from either Valkyrie or Soldier.
Overall it’s really what personal survivability you feel comfortable with.
50% crit chance with a superior sigil of rage is pretty sickening atm, am critting with scepter 1 for around 2200. As far as utilities, think it would be worth it to swap out Wall of Reflection for maybe a shout for the 6 soldier rune ability? Then again, i could rune lyssa and my elite would do just that as well as give me boons… arghh.. oh the choices!
Feel free to use any utility you want. I threw WoR in because I thought it would be good at range for preserving your aegis and it works great in large zerg fights.
