Shield of the Avenger Tracking
It is not a mobile skill, it is a point defence skill.
It creates a safe zone and it is up to you to stay in it.
You can teleport any channeling spirit weapons to summon it immediately on a person. Not very useful for the sShield though.
I particularly like how you can use Merciful Intervention on the Shield to get away. It just isn’t exactly useful because Shield’s Command will take the shield in the middle of the fight… so that’s a bit counter intuitive there.
I would love it if sShield tracked the Guardian (not enemies). There have been many instances where I want the Shield to follow me as I try to get in melee range like a Power Guardian should. Unlike DH who keeps his distance, I feel Spirit Weapons should stick to the Guardian at all times instead of yoloing it. That would make for some fun core guardian builds, assuming spirit weapons attacked faster in compensation.

Spirit Weapons are not inmobile, there are not consecrations.

Spirit weapons as a whole need an overhaul from the ground up. (at the very least the same treatment that gyro’s got on scrapper)
The only one anybody really uses is the shield and that is for the bubble it provides.
As is they have been absolute crap since they were made killable.

The shield should at most be movable on command but not continuously following you, that would be too strong much longer, and better than the Revenant Ventari’s one.

I already have a great projectile absorbtion uptime. Shield 5, wall of reflection, shield of avenger, sanctuary. So if i want on a single fight this, i already have it.
Just cap how many hits it can absorb each x seconds or make the shield vulnerable to ranged hits so enemy need to take it down first.
That’s the point all of them except the short shield of absorption are point defence so the counter is to kite.
Alright if you wish to make it redirect projectiles to the shield for the duration I am okay, but simply making it move continuously makes it have no counter.

Especially since it got a low health pool so when it get’s next to the enemy it dies in a few hits. On top of that, when it is knocked back it just stands there doing nothing useful while you have to wait a whole minute for the cool down.

They didn’t make it follow the enemy, the skill just uses the code from the other SW, being sword and hammer, that is the reason the shield and bow follow to combat as if they were melee targeting the enemy.
Also BoJ on command if u try to heal the allies that are taking damage, let say if u are at 600-700 from that zone and u have the bow close to you, the bow will sill get damage becouse the zone where u decided to heal is a combat zone.. it works like a melee bow command skill (where it shoul be a range skill and not melee range…)….wich will make traited BoJ(SW bow) getting destroyed w/o being atacked directly.
