Signet build
You would give up a lot for very little. Most of our defense comes from the utility skills and our skills do not scale all that well with our stats… adding a hundred of any stat would onlh give a small boost. The most useful thing is the immobilise on the condition signet.

I think our Shouts are just too good to replace with a bar full of signets. Certain warrior and thief signets are incredible, so I understand it for them, but my I’ll never leave my shouts at home.

One of my guild leaders runs a signet heavy hammer build that he loves. Next time he is on i will ask him for it, though he hasnt been on at all the past couple days.

This is my WvWvW Build actually, plenty of close gaps plus the knockdown on the power signet is better than the immobilize on the condition signet so you can teleport with judge’s intervention, use signet, hammer #2 #3 #5 #4 , switch to sword close gap blind, fire away everything else. Since the CD on the signet of judgement is so low and gives you retaliation, you basically have a condition removal tool every 16 seconds with the signet condition removal trait.
Runes just take condition dmg vitality precision something like that.

I wish I could drop my shouts, but it has such great synergy with my rune (rune of soldier) and adds so much to my other traits (altruistic healing) that I can’t see myself using any signet outside the healing one.
On pve, however, I feel it is mandatory judgement signet for 10% less dmg.
