Anything outside meditation build it is easy to get uglly.
I was using that lite 2 days ago, was healing friendly minions by 2.4k lol (i was not in a party, that migh had change the healing targets).
Should be changed to heal only players, ahhemmmm and if possible reduce the icd :P
I tried this build in WvW (before I put it back to gather dust):

(the food is +100 healing +10% outgoing healing, I didn’t find)
The active effect is worthless both PvP and WvW. It is viable only for Fractals? I don’t see where a >4sec cast time can be used.
Also, the passive effect heals too little. Sooming Mist from my Elementalist heals for ~600, or even 300 untraited, considering this is ~150 hp/sec, it heals nothing (they have the same amount of healing power). They should reduce the cd from passive to 5 seconds and keep the heal or double the heal.
I even tried full Cleric, swaped traits, changed Staff for hammer, shield for focus, but it is still weak in terms of healing. Mace #2 have too much cast time and I cant go for symbols and shouts builds together. The main problem of guardian as support is the lack of mobility, that’s why I use Sigil of Incapacitation, so gives a little help to keep foes in range.
I actually quite like it .
The idea for the build i am using was to try and grab as much passive healing as possible i am using valor , honor and zeal. Weapon set is great sword mostly for zealous blade with staff as back up with other traits such as writ of persistence and altruistic healing.
I’m sure many people would not like it but it does everything i wanted it too i never even have to use my main heal at all lol in sw i just kamikaze into giant groups of mordem during keep attacks and when the dust clears i’m still standing.
DPS isn’t as bad as i thought it would be and i could probably switch out some of my cleric stuff without much of an effect .

The passive is way too weak to make it worthwhile for me, at 1004 healing power, which is a massive investment, the passive is 1310/10 sec which works out to be 130/sec. A more sedate splash of say 250 healing power(which is a lot more reasonable) gives you 934/10 seconds.
Given the damage out there atm its not hard to have burns ticking on you for 4k, makes the passive pretty pointless. And 180 cooldown is ouch for the active.
I would take RF over this every day, resets VoR for that good insta heal for everyone, if traited removes condis as well. With the burst in game when you need a heal you generally need it right this instant, not in 4 seconds, plus adds some survivability with 3 seconds of invuln.

Honestly they should change the signet.
Make the heal happen every second or every other second for more consistent healing (also boost the scaling by a good 25% so it ends up being like 125 a sec or 250 every other second)
Then cut the cast time down to 1 second & apply 10 seconds of protection, regeneration & 3 stacks of stability for 10 seconds to all nearby allies.
