Simple Spirit Weapon Proposal ?
would this spirit weapon rework intended for core guardian or the elite spec dragonhunter ?
So in essence you want them to become more like necro minions ?
The extra up time would help in PvE where they get a 90% damage reduction however it wouldn’t help in PvP where they don’t and where the Ai cannot compete vs intelligent players.
The cool downs once they die would also still be an issue.
Then lastly there is the fact that while necro has several traits that make their minions do interesting things like take conditions off of them, transfer conditions to enemies and explode into a poison cloud when they die.
Those ^ things make MM necro work, guardian has none of them.
And while some people may argue for guardian to get them I will fight against it tooth and nail because such builds are kitten on the game due to how little thought they require to beat other players.
Dear fellow guardians, would it be too strong if spirit weapons were summoned as long as the skill is equipped?
The active would still put the active skill on cooldown but it wouldn’t affect the spirit weapons passive abilities.
Is this the kind of buff that would make spirit weapons more usable?

That would solve at least one of the several issuel SW have, cast time, and CD, but would be interesting for a first change, within time see what would be needed, besides A.I and how they get instagibbed with the free range damage lol..
(edit)Altough their effect need to be stronger for the carrier or at least bringing something that does not make it feel like the slot is being sacrificed.

I have HoT, but somehow I find myself using core Guard GS& Mace/focus. I would probably intend this based on improving core as I don’t really have any opinion on the state of dragonhunter currently.
