Greetings. I remember that I read a thread like this and said the soldier runes will effect after PoV, so basically will remove 3 conditions.
Is that right ?

No it’s wrong. It works like that:

- Guardian has bleeding, poison and cripple on him
- Guardian (with Pure of Voice and soldier runes) uses a shout
- PoV removes one condition and transforms it into a boon
- Runes of the soldier remove another condition

So at the end you will still have 1 condition on you.
