So what am I supposed to be doing when I channel Empower? Im not kneeling and praying. I look like im squatting and a noise much like the noise of taking a bowle movement takes place.

When I cast empower, its amazing! like my soul is bursting out of my big ol Norn chest!

I hate the way empower looks on my norn female. To me it’s way too suggestive for my taste, and that noise she makes during doesn’t help either. >.>;

I actually like the channeling animation on my human female guardian. It might be that she leans a bit too far back, but you actually get the impression that they’re channeling potent magics. I seem to recall that the male asuran dance is a bit like pole dancing though.

Eh when my human guard uses empower he hunkers down bowing his head and brings his fist up as waves of power roll off him. Doesent look bad to me. Looks like hes concentrating on summoning powerful divine majic.

I have a human female guardian and she gets lifted up in the air and radiates energy for this animation, it looks amazing and I love it.

My husband on the other hand has a male norn guardian and after watching his animation I’m guessing the OP is a male norn as well. I can see what you’re talking about although I don’t think it looks as bad as you’re making it out to be. :P

Human FemGuardian’s empower animation is good, but it kinda reminds me of exorcist… She leans too far back.

It’s just separated into male and female, I believe. I haven’t seen it on Asura or Charr, but for Sylvari, Norn, and Human, the only difference is gender.

Waaaat? I love the animation of Empower, Sylvari Male here. It looks like he’s charging superior Soul Power to burst it out and empower (lol) your allies around you.

Omg 15/20 people don’t know how to read, he said HUMAN MALE, and yes it does look like he’s conjuring a giant kitten in his pants, and to celebrate, he does a fairy leg tuck at the end.

Perhaps just a bit too far back yes. Compared to the others though, I don’t think we’ve got too much to complain about.
