Guild Wars 2

so ive been theory crafting and doing some math and ive come up with 2 possible builds, the stats i uses are from earringx2 ring x2 necklace and 6 pieces or armor, no runes, id like your opinion on witch you wouth think is better,

Traditional build = 748pwr, 541 prec, 305 toughness, 24 vit
(this is my current set up and is 3k attack, 36% crit chane, 17k hp and just under 3k armor)

Theory crafted build= 656pwr, 666prec, 341toughness, 72 vit

i have no idea what actual stats this transferes into but i would think that strading 100 power for 100 prec would be a good thing? any sugestions or opinions on what to go with is very apreciated, tyvm.

What are your traits/utilities/weapons and what are you using this for (dungeons, fractals, wvw, spvp)?

my traits are 0 10 30 30 0 i use save yourselves, hold the line and judges intervention, wvw and pve build

this is only the stats from acessories and armor tho

EDIT GS and hammer are my wepons.
