Guild Wars 2

I’ve always wondered this and I have no way to tell. Strength in #s is a boost to toughness, and Retributive Armor is supposed to convert 7% of (all?) toughness to precision

Last time I checked it didn’t add anything to my Precision when Strength in Numbers was active. Not sure if that’s a big or intended as such.
