I’m one of your formerly most hated opponents, Necromancer, you know, the guy who would corrupt all your boons.

So how’s it going with that new enemy, Thief? Working out all right with his boon stealing? I’m actually curious as to how you guys are dealing with them nowadays.

They aren’t really a big deal. It’s just one skill on one weapon set.

what i find most annoying about them is that they seem to be flavor of the month in spvp right now.

Well, a lot of guardians run meditation faceroll (I do that in hotjoins) and necros would be a joke to us because not only do we not use boons but if you put conditions on us we cleanse it AND damage you. If you put too many, we’d just clear em all.

Like I said, meditation guardian doesnt use boons, so it’s been ok. My bunker guardian hasn’t been to tPvP since the patch so I can’t say there but I’m willing to bet that it’s not a big deal.

On mine since the patch my effectiveness seems to have gone down a helluva lot; the unblockables and boon steals from thieves made me lose a 1v1 that I had never lost to previously and I got ripped apart by a Necro with a very large amount of bleed stacks, which ripped through my toughness with ease, losing about 2k health per second :/

I never really played Bunker guardian that much, I usually go with Meditation cleansing damaging build.

It’s great.

hmm to be honest, thieves not that big of a deal in regards to the new patch and skill/trait changes. at least definitely not as big a deal as most people made it out to be.

i will agree with ithinkimhaunted that i’ve been seeing them a lot more running in duos or even groups in sPvP. :///
