Q:

Does the Superior Sigil of Strength give you a bit of health if you are running an AH build?

Since you are giving a boon to yourself would you gain a small bit of health every time its triggered? In my mind if it did you could have a chance to gain two tiny bits of health every time you crit if you were running precision gear with Empowering Might traited.

Can any one confirm or deny this?

A:

Anything that gives buffs that is originated from you will trigger AH, regardless if it is runes, sigils, skill abilities or traits.

Yes it triggers AH each time it activates. For best application, use it with a staff
