So as the title suggests, do these two traits affect the virtue of justice when in DH? I am starting to doubt that they do. Due to the fact that the virtue cooldown reductions that we receieved in the recent patch do not apply to the DH version of the virtues I don’t think these would either. I tried to watch my combat log while fighting and if they were working right I would have expected more burning. Any insight?

BTW I know it says it affects it, but I just didnt seem to see it in actual combat logs. Noone replied to my condition build question, but using the meta build with big game hunter and permeating wrath just doesnt make sense either.

Supreme Justice & Permeating Wrath affect the passive of the Virtue. Only while your Virtue is off cooldown. The build on meta battle might list Big Game Hunter but it doesn’t really work well with those two traits and they specifically state so.

Regarding your equipment question… Unless you’re talking raids or anything specific, hybrid Guardian is fine. And you most certainly don’t necessarily need Vipers unless you are a min-max-er. Even then mixing gear can get you very close statwise.
