Silly question I’m sure, but what benefit is the tether on Justice?

i think it keeps proc’ing burns and if traited there was a 10% dmg bonus while enemy is tethered

The Tether have more damage on single target than the passive. But the active then go into a cooldown. It’s better to use the tether against bosses or champion.

Big Game Hunter also procs vulnerability whenever you strike an enemy tethered by Spear of Justice. As of the most recent beta, there was no ICD on the vulnerability application. With the proper rotations, I was able to hit ~20 stacks in the 6 seconds that Spear of Justice tethers an enemy.
