Not worth it, it only gives 1% of boon duration regardless of which armor pieces.

It’s plus boon duration. Yeah Kinda pointless considering your giving up a third stat boost.

to be honest, armor boon +% is a big waste, 2H weapon condition duration is a waste, but 1H(that gives the same as 2H………………………..) is actually quite good.
That is if you are condition based.
+1% on boons duration is like assign 1 point to the virtue traitline.
So basically this thirt stat point option is like have only 20 stats point assigned on the thirt stat. Kinda lame i have to say.
a 2 or 3% is a more balanced way, but i really dont invest on a set like this.
