The scepter is finally good at something.
I’ve never understood why people hate on scepter, its a perfectly fine weapon for setting up bursts and has a decent amount of ranged pressure.

Most people hate it because you can easily strafe around and avoid the projectiles if your beyond 600 range.
At point blank range however it has very nice damage & hits extremely fast.
It’s not FINALLY good, it’s always been that good. People too obsessed with meta to see what it has to offer. If anything can be said for HoT, it’s got people THINKING instead of FOLLOWING.

I know you ALL will laugh but Hammer is a perfect secondary weapon for LB and traps. It has less damage than a GS of course but if your opponent burns his dodges on traps/TS he becomes more vulnerable to MB, ZE, and the other skills.
The f1 skill is absolute insane if combined with the Hammer skillset.
There is NO amount of Stability what can save you against a Hammer/LB guardian. Sure the sheer damage is less than a GS-wielder but the trapdaze-barriel-ZE-MB-F1-banish-JI-ring-trap again combo can wreck havock….
You might say this is not “meta” or “too weak” but I gonna stick to this combination for a few more matches and I will see

I hear that and its definitely annoying, however when I use scepter I rarely go beyond that range anyways because most of our damage is up close. Unless of course I have to disengage, or I’m engaging a ranged opponent, but that period of time isnt very long, and most people dont strafe it anyways.
