how specifically does it work?

Mostly curious about the condition removal and wiki doesn’t have much on how it functions.

Does it pulse condition removal on 3 allies 10x or is it just once on activation?

Looking for a knowing answer not guessing answers please. Or a solid place where I can test it with easy conclusion perhaps?

It pulses condition removal, so it removes 9 conditions from allies in total.

Unfortunately I’m not too sure how it works with the target limit (ie. if the number of available targets for allies gets reduced if you’re hitting an enemy with it). You’d have to test it out with friends in a custom arena or something.
