You have to get it from a collection. Go to hero panel > Collections > Specialization Collections and you’ll find what you need.
We have Ydalir, and for finishing elite spec you get only gloves, for that bow you need to do other stuff. 3 are RNG based exotic drops so good luck gaining these.
