So I got my guard a set of zerk for dungeons, clerics for fun(not really sure where cleric guard is useful) and now he has pvt for certain world bosses. Whats the best way to go for world boss full pvt runes? Something that will universally work well on multiple world bosses(the non crit ones).

Well PvE is PvE and even if you can’t crit it, you still need damage so I don’t know why you would run smth else than scholar or flame legion.

Second the above. For Teq/first-phase Wurms and the like, the runes would give you
Scholar: +175 power, conditional 10% damage
Flame Legion: +175 power, guaranteed 7% damage (unless someday a Destroyer structure type world boss with the proper immunities gets added).

It’ll come down to whether you can maintain Scholar’s bonus regularly enough or not.

Privateer could be a fun alternative, but won’t match up to either of the above.
