I am sorry if that is being asked already. I tired to look up forum, but your “search” option seems broken (at least for me).

So there is this Valor Grandmaster Trait XII Monk’s Focus – that states: “Using a meditation skill heals you.”
You made changes regarding Renewed Focus, making it Meditation.
Question is why isnt Renewed Focus affected by Monk’s Focus (or at least the skill fact does not states if it is)?

it is/does heal you:D look better:P

It does, but it doesn’t happen until Renewed Focus duration is over.

It does heal you which caused the increased presence of meditation builds in pvp, that or the new meta stomping the bunker guard with more ease.

Technically you recieve the heal after you finish casting your skills, as in most on use effects. Because all other Meditation skills are instant (nevermind the Meditation healing skill) you recieve it upon pressing the button.
