Aaand we’re back. High frequency of new content not guaranteed, but I’m certainly back to the drawing board at least. :> This time I’m on a new channel which should allow me to more easily expand to different kinds of content and other games that I’ve been dying to really get into. This space will contain any and all Guardian content that I put out, including montages, guides, demonstrations, whatever! So, without further ado…

What is there to say? This is my bread and butter build and I’m here to help people learn to play it more efficiently. :> Don’t mind how nervous I sound.

My first video in 5 months and my first experiment with After Effects. More of a test video than anything. Not viewable in Germany (sorry, guys).

1. Putting Down Liadri
Here’s a video explaining how I defeated Liadri. It offers some helpful advice for people looking to either get their first kill or pick up their 8-orb achievement.
2. Lighting Up the Darkness
This video includes both my first and my second (much cleaner) 8-Orb Liadri kills.

WvW Videos
1. Tagteam Tuesday
I teamed up with an Elementalist bud (my guild leader) to knock JQ down a peg.

Thank you, and oh yes, haha. By the time I had started rendering and previewing each version outside of the editor, I was working with so many pre-comps that I would have had to start all over from the raw clips to tone it down. Odds are I’ll not be using any curves adjusters in the future, but I’ll likely continue searching for a CC filter that I enjoy.

Yessir. No more videos will be posted on the old channel. I might put a “hey, go over here to THIS channel” thing up, but that’ll be about it.

My dreaded double-post. :< However! Already nearly 200 subs on the new channel. :> Several new videos up since the Healway video was re-posted, and more to come! I’m trying to put together some ideas for weekly content at the moment. Suggestions?!

Cool videos! Here’s a few ideas off the top of my head:

• Plays of the Week – A highlight reel where you break down a few of your captured moments while WvWing. You could show each highlight twice, once in full motion with game sound, and then a second time in slow motion as you give voice-over commentary as to what you were doing and why the play you made was clutch/interesting.
• How To Win – A weekly highlight of a particularly close/interesting fight, where you break down using stops or slow motion how you were able to react to the enemy and pull out a tough win in the fight.
• Roaming With Chris – A weekly hour stream (if you are into streaming) where you do some WvW and roam (with or without buddies) and you answer viewer questions on stream. If you post it on YouTube, it’s great if you put the twitch chat box as part of the video so people watching the vod can see what questions were asked.

Watching your videos makes me want to try playing GW2 and Guardian again.
