Vipers armour still good?

Hi all. I play solo PvE and was wondering if Vipers armour is the best since the condition nerf? I have full zerk at the moment.

Oh, ok. Its just that I heard it wasn’t possible to get 100% condition anymore, making the vipers armour pointless. I could be wrong though.
So zerker is still the way to go?
Hmmm have you really played guardian solo in pve and you asking about viper armor?
For solo PvE i suggest Marauder and Zerk for team play.
The one thing i like about Marauder is this stat can use in WvW too and its a very good stat, one set for 2 game mode.
Zerker meta wall is too big its kinda hard for other stat to come in.
Condi dh is really good clearing white mantle in first stronghold event.
