Mhm, I love taking screenshots of my Guardian but having to continually find a nearby mob to lose my Aegis is just plain annoying.
Aegis only combat could be ok, but else it is there so people who don’t know what a boon icon is, still can see that there opponent have it.
Il rather have a miracle where we can get a passive block to proc more than once every 40 sec.

I’m more annoyed with Aegis overlapping with an actual shield or the shield covering my backpiece. There’s already little reason to put a shield on a guardian, so at least make it look better! >.>

even though i have the money it requires; i’m still hesitating to craft The Flameseeker Prophecies, only because of the Aegis visual effect. I’ve seen it on other players and it just sucks.
I think the Aegis visual effect is more for the sake of players knowing whether to use auto attack vs a high damage skill, but then again it’s probably only looked for in sPvP.
With the nicer skin shields yeah Aegis does ruin any vanity pictures, but to be honest that’s a shallow complaint for a skill to be altered….
