Is it possible to reduce the CD of Virtue of Courage? This will be a good buff to core guardian sustainability. I compare VoC to SoC, SOC is much stronger. VoC is 45 sec CD, while SOC is 60 sec.
I think if VoC base CD is reduced from 45 CD to 35 sec CD base that will be great, at least for sPvP. It will lower the gap between DH and core guardian a bit.
That would be nice add a 100% increase in passive resolve and 200% increase in active resolve.
Your change to VoC and the one i suggested would also solve a lot of the issues FB has in the healing/support area. implicitely i mean that your cahnge to VoC should also be made to ToC, a 20% cd-reduction is in order for both Guardian and FB to balance DH.
