There’s one thing about Virtue of Justice that isn’t changed from the pre-patch: the burn stack is still 1.
If you active Virtue of Justice, you inflict a 5-7 sec of burning to your enemy, the same for all your team menbers. Thas was good because if all your team members attack the enemy, you inflict 25 sec of burning and is the same amount of stack that you will be able to deal (or more) if you don’t active it.

But now if you active it you lose a very large amount of damage, expecially if you’re a condition guardian. We now can make it, but we can’t active our Virtue whi if we do we lose all our damage.

What if it’s powered up to 4-5 stack of burning for 5-7 seconds?

Really the only reason you activate it any more is

1: You have condi users nearby in your group
&
2: You are all targeting the same enemy

This allows you to do 5 stacks of burning on a single enemy for quite a bit of damage.

VoJ active was never really as viable as its passive in solo play, unless you need the blind/might you can receive when traited.

The only time I really use it now is if I trait into Radiance and I’m trying to secure a stomp (since it’ll recharge on kill)

Otherwise if feels like I’m gimping my own DPS way too much if I have to fight for 20 secs w/o burn procs

It might seem weak now but remember, these changes are in concert with HoT. We have an idea what is planned for DH spec. Throwing a whole bunch of burning stacks on VoJ would break with some of the things we know are inc.

The active now is pointless even with a group. And even more if you are a cond guardian.

Unless you want to apply blind or immob. Its only usage.
