When you use virtue of justice and enable all nearby allies to have their next attack cause burning, does that burning effect THEY apply go off of your condition damage or each individual players?

Tested, it scales off each individual players condition damage.

I am working on a bit of a hybrid build, tanky/support with burning being the only major damage output, so this is important to know, as I will be balancing Vit/Tough/healing, and probably condition damage.

I would assume since the damage becomes their damage, it will scale off of their condition damage.

Guess I will have to grab a friend and test on two of the same mob, changing my condition damage between mobs.
