Nope. If it had changed we’d probably have noticed a lot earlier.
It scales with Healing Power, so if you’ve removed some from your gear, that’d do it. Absolute Resolution also increases it by 25%, so traiting away from that if you had it before will also produce that effect.

Do you mean the active or the passive? The active effect can also feel “less” if you are used to running with 5 points in Virtues, and you drop AH ( or vice versa )
