the trait that buffs it says 3 sec

is the original one is 3 sec also ?

anyone ? cant seem to find anything about it.

The effect has always been applied in 3 second intervals.

NOPE it applies the healing every 1 sec EVEN if traited

also if you trait it it only increases its healing by 50+ looooool

just tested it

What I meant was, the effect of Virtue of Resolve is applied every 3 seconds for 3 seconds.
