What Trinkets for AH Tanky DPS Build?
Even if you get full zerker trinkets (exotic) you won’t hit 3K attack rating. Getting your crit rating isn’t a problem.
A more valuable critique could be made if you tell us what you intend to do with your build.
If ya got the laurels/fractals for it try this.
It’s more or less what I am running in WvW. While the attack isn’t too high, you have to assume you are running with might stacks most of the time. Now, this is just what I like to run in WvW, so if you are asking about PvE disregard what I say. I don’t play PvE except when I’m farming FGS.

AH Tanky DPS Build
You know that AH/tanky and DPS are 100% contradictory, OP?

I’ve grown weary of the classic support guardian and wanted to opt more towards dps without being completely overwhelmed by attacks when roaming in wvw. I wanted to brush off conditions, do decent dps, and provide decent support for my teammates. http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fUUQJARSlYgyCXFyvDfIFRuAbBYPwI8741DHSRGC-jgBBYjAYMQUEQkIAJQFRjtyqIasA-e
Celestial. Highest Crit damage, decent power, decent crit, and tanky stats.

Even with the right trinkets this setup still isn’t going to be doing the dps you’re looking for. I’d recommend some other gear choices, if you want me too.

This is my current build. Switching to Stand your Ground for combat.
It survives well with it’s 19k health, Multiple Strategic Blocks, 3500 Armor, 2 stun breaks.
It supports well with condition removal, swiftness buffing (Retreat + Shield of Wrath in lightning fields), Stability, Protection/Regen.
It deals decent damage. While not zerker mode, the 3227 Power with 32% crit is not too bad.

That link does not work.
Dunno what happened to that link. Sorry. Fixed it.
I’d say either Berserker’s or Berserker’s and Valkyrie. Here’s an example of the build with Soldier’s armor, zerk weapon, and zerk+valk combo trinkets (all ascended, save for armor).
With food, this build yields 18.5k health, 2701 armor, 3401 power, 30% crit chance, and 84% crit damage.
Traits can optionally raise you to 2851 armor and 33% crit chance (possibly higher if the armor bonus from the trait is enough to get crit chance over 33%). You also get a small power buff from the armor aura trait feeding into the Sharpening Stone.
(The Knight’s stats are 16.355k hp, 2792 armor, 3307 Pow, 40% crit chance, 84% crit damage, without the stat-buffing traits from Meditations).
I prefer the Soldier’s for the extra power and hp, but the extra crit % and toughness from Knight’s is nice as well.
Edit:
Oddly enough, Berserker’s gear has very little payoff. Full zerk’s has a net LOSS of power from Soldier’s + Zerk/Valk and is much more fragile in exchange for having 45% crit chance and 100% crit damage.

Celestial. Highest Crit damage, decent power, decent crit, and tanky stats.
Celestial is fail on guards, too much wasted stats. Rly bad dmg, a little bit healing power, and less survibility then knights-AH.
Totally fail.

Actually, nothing on Celestial gear is wasted as a Guardian. The numbers just aren’t high enough for the set to be good.
The condition damage is wasted. The rest, however, could be quite fine in a PvP setting – if it wasn’t for the low power.
