I’m assuming he met to use AH, regardless, the build is lacking clears. All you have is PF and the passive on the signet, which really isn’t going to help that much. Also Battle Presences really isn’t worth using in PvP, unless you go Cleric and Absolute Resolution.

Zerker AH builds work fine for soloq. Generally though you need to go three shouts with PoV and solider runes.
