Guild Wars 2

Idk if there’s a build out there that’s like this. The point here is to have good damage, decent toughness, and great healing bundled into one. That means I have low health and little ability to support, since I went with meditations for the burst healing if in a pinch.

I basically put 10 into radiance just for the prec. I felt it needed to be a bit higher.

Any tips on how to improve this, or similar builds that are better? I don’t like being support, I’ve done that enough at this point. I want good (not necessarily amazing) damage with solid tanking ability (again not necessarily amazing). Thoughts?

I think this build is what you’re looking for if you want to use meditations , it’s one of Jax’s roaming builds. Seems right up your alley.

Thanks for the build! That definitely does look interesting. The only issue I see is, it doesn’t look like it’d survive too well. My build actually has 1k in healing to give some serious survivability. Do you think that build is tough enough?

Well the thing about your build is Mediations and healing isn’t exactly optimally. Meds are large burst heals, they are not meant to keep you alive for long periods of time. That’s why most meds builds are just very high dps. So you can hurry up and down your target, but still have some survivability. A lot of Guards survivability comes from boons, and when you go Med you give most of these up.

Your build has fairly low power, so killing people isn’t going to be easy. Also you won’t be as tanky as someone just running a more boon focused build.

I recommended Jax’s build because it will give you the power to take people down fast, and your survivability will be high because you have 17k hp and 3k armor.
