What better for a greatsword build? Sigil of strength or air? Both have merits but I’m leaning towards strength, is that the better one to use. As a side note I’m also using sigil of force

None. I use hydro and agility to make sure i hit fast and have a nice litle aoe extra from hydro. But im talking about wvw maybe you want to know regarding pve?

Yes sorry, pve.

You should just go for Force/Accuracy if you want it for PvE.

Regarding these two i would go with strength. It provides more dmg than air.
Accuracy is only neccesarry if you want to soft cap precision. Force is mainly the best for pve but kitten expensive.

I was using force and acc. But switched to force and strength. My precision is high anyways so I feel i wasn’t getting a whole lot out of that sigil. Im liking it so far. I can get 15 to 16 stacks of might without much issue

If you are playing solo, then sure you can switch to strength and use fried dumplings as your food.

But in a group, you will be might capped most of the times from your teammates.
