What is the point in having a beta weekend if all our feedback is deliberately ignored?

Like many i eagerly awaited the devs post regarding Dragon Hunter feedback and the changes that we would see next beta weekend. Only to find that the devs did not listen to any of our feedback. Not a single issue that was raised in these forums was addressed.

Slapping +damage on random things is not a fix!

Tempests are equally upset with the devs deliberate attempt to muzzle us by hoping bigger numbers would shut us up.

What was the point in having a beta weekend if they do not care about what we have to say?

Why do the devs always ignore these forums? Have they lost there passion in this game? Do they hate Guardians?

Are there greater powers at work forcing the devs to rush development and get the game out as fast as possible thus leaving Dragon Hunters in a terrible state?

I shouldn’t be surprised, three years and shield/spirit weapons are still garbage.

I pray to all the gods, i will sacrifice a thousand baby quaggans, i will fast (in game) for one hundred days, i will do all this just so Robert Gee can take control of this class.

Please save us Robert Gee, you are our only hope!

Sorry guys! This one is taking a little longer to get written up, but we are working on it!

They could have stayed quiet but they’ve posted on the forums saying they’re in the middle of writing “it” up. They’re right on time in terms of deliverance – its been a week and a half. It usually takes a few weeks until we see any changes or even a red posting.

Considering we’re getting GvG, Leagues, long term pvp rewards and class specific items people have asked for, I for one am thankful for what they’re trying to do.

They really should compile suggestions then use some.

Heck I have seen (and made) suggestions that allot of people liked and even players of other classes thought would be balanced & fair.

All they would have to do is adjust numbers.

The chances of them fixing anything or reworking any of the long time crap abilities/skills are next to zero though sadly because “guardians are in a good place” AKA it doesn’t matter so many things are crap on that class because they still have enough decentish options & the player base will continue to play it.

Trait changes make me happy, but we still need reduced recharge on bow skills and GM trait, which increases attack speed or projectile velocity while wielding a bow.

I don’t get one thing though. F1 has the same problem as bow #1 and scepter #1. It just doesn’t hit (obstructed) the targed in many cases even from 600 or lower range. What is the point in making it 1200 range.

To say that not a single issue raised by feedback was addressed is a huge exaggeration. No, they didn’t fix every single issue, and they do seem to have ignored a few of the larger complaints, but there are definitely some changes in there that I saw suggestions for.
