With the changes to Radiance, we can cap our crit change for “free”.
15% for one-handed weapons, 10% against burning foes, 50% when having retaliation. That’s 75% total. Add 20% from fury and 5% base, and you have 100% crit chance.
So, precision is wasted on guardian. With valkyrie, we can exchange it for vitality, for almost 10k additional health.
It’s not ideal, as I would rather have an offensive stat. Maybe we can hope for a new stat combo in PoF, something with power, ferocity, condi (maybe expertise, too?)
Fire spear, for like 6 seconds of retal, kill a target, Justice is off cooldown, throw a spear, repeat. What I don’t like is it kills off Justice’s passive, but I think I can stretch it out with stand your ground to get burn time in there.
I don’t think that is worth. Now the highest DPS is Zeal/Radiance/DH, if you kill any of these lines for Virtues your DPS gonna get cut down significantly.
Also, this will only happen if you can keep killing to refresh, so useless on bosses.
I believe the new Signet trait have more potential to increase damage as group.
Depends on the gamemode you’re talking about? For raiding it’s obvs not worth it because you swap it for a defensive stat. Both other grandmaster traits offer more dps to you personally and your group.
I don’t think that is worth. Now the highest DPS is Zeal/Radiance/DH, if you kill any of these lines for Virtues your DPS gonna get cut down significantly.

Perfect Inscriptions was already a hair away from being the top pick in Radiance, now it’s the no-brainer choice. And further on the positive side, you can now use your Bane Signet freely on breakbars as it actually buffs group damage even if yours drops a bit.
If anyone missed it, Guardian signets just became a very good group buff for raiding etc. The buff is bigger (218) than your standard group buff (150) but it’s not 100% uptime.

I have higher hopes for the condi signet once we get firebrand honestly, because your cPS will benefit from it as well. At the very least using bane signet will not be a loss anymore & if you run 2 DH alternating prob works decently well.

You don’t need a consistent 100% retal uptime. Only when you’re attacking; using the power skills that count.
The below picture is the new meta build until expansion hits. You dish out so much damage with Carrion, it’s hard to pick any other amulet or build unless it’s Marauder power oriented.

Would def be nice if FB could get a stable meta spot like that. We’ll see tho, for now my expectations are flavour of the month OP condi dps that will get nerfed relatively soon.

I find the retaliation traits better for power DH.
Perfect Inscription will shine with the expansion, when can play in the condi subgroup. Between Signet of Wrath and Lesser Signet of Wrath from the trait, we have 100% uptime on the 216 condi damage buff.
