Guild Wars 2

Hey , I was just wondering if any one could help me with a MAX damage build for some WvW fun on my guardian.

I want to run full Berserk armor and extras

I am mostly lost at where to place my traits , I want the full focus to be on Staff damage, pumping them high staff numbers out.

I was thinking to use Great Sword for blood lust stacking, keeping up with the zerg and some minor spankings.
any thoughts on a sigil for staff would be nice.

2: survivability

any one who can give me any help with what traits to use when running staff if i want to deal damage ??

I am really lost with the traits

( no team intention , fully selfish traits plz)
