Guild Wars 2

Hey everyone. So I know there are a lot of topics getting started about different Guardian builds. I hate to start a new one, but I was wondering if someone could help me out. I am trying to find a good build for WvW..mainly focusing on not dying so easily in a 1v1 fight. Or even in a 1v2 or 1v3 situation. As of right now I have mostly full soldier’s gear (only armor) and a few things with Knight’s stats. I was thinking when I make my ascended armor that I would mix Knight’s and Soldier’s stats and use a superior rune of the dolyak. As far as trinkets, I was thinking celestial for a back piece and possibly soldiers or knight’s rings and amulets. As far as weapon stats, I was thinking soldier’s. Possibly running GS/Hammer for roaming and GS/Staff for guild/pug runs. Does this sound okay? Or should I run full soldier’s or full knight’s? I appreciate any input given!

I use the classic 0/0/6/6/2 whit Armor Soldier and Weapon+Trinkets Knight. You can only use Knight jewels, to gain more vitality, nut it can be a good combination. That give you high defence and good critical chance, that increase your offensive ability.
