WvW build and gear, feed back appreciated.
I would try to get more power over crit dmg so maybe less celestial and more zerk or pvt gear
If you are trying to maxmize DPS/Tanky/Healing then avoid the celestial and mix/match Cleric’s, Zerk, Valk’s.
Your current build you lack DPS since your power is so low.

- Usually Shelter works better as healing than the Signet of Resolve; heals a similar amount over time without having to sacrifice a trait while prevents tons of incoming damage due the block.
- I would replace one of your utility skills by Stand Your Ground! Life without any source of stability is hard and short.
- For zerg support replace one of your weapons by a staff. In large groups staff 1 (and 4 in the reagroups) is very much all you need to use in zerg clashes. Both GS and Hammer work well with staff in WvW, as they provide cc. But GS + Hammer is better in sPvP due oftenly the control points are very narrow and you can hit several foes at the same time. For roamning/duels GS + H is very unusual; oftenly a better choice is just pair one of them with focus and sword or scepter.
-There is a bit too much overlap in hammer and GS for WvW purposes. Drop one of them and use another weapon set. Also, always have a staff available in WvW, even if you are not using it outside of ZvZ.
-Remove purging flames for something else. Any one of the shouts is better. You can either go for stability or swiftness, both of which are important to stick to a target. Smite condition is also worth looking at as it is the most efficient use of all your meditation traits. I think smite and JI are more desirable for meditation builds than purity.
-Never go celestial for trinkets. Their stat efficiency is terrible. Likewise, limit celestial for armor and weapon as well since you don’t want to have no specialization. This is more prominent in your build since you are doing meditation, so you are pretty much going to be dps in some format.
-Change your rune set. Power or passive movement speed are good. Anything is better than what you have at the moment to be honest.
Conclusion- Build currently lacks damage and mobility. Review weapon choice (not detrimental) and skill choice (doesn’t cover enough situations at the moment and doesn’t maximize use of meditation without smite condition). Completely redo gear choice (limit amount of celestial gear in all slots, but especially in trinkets).
Edit: Played around with what you posted and tried to match your stats with same weapon sets and traits. Changed utility and gear selection.

Hey Messiah,
I had a few questions for you, so can you check your PMs when you have a chance? Thanks
thank you very much for your feed back, it is greatly appreciated. I have renovated my build taking your points and suggestions, and melding them with my play style.

again thank you.

Change signet of mercy to signet of judgment or another shout
I make PvP & WvW videos
i will play around with it, i like where the healing is at in this build. Thats the point of dabbling into the celestial gear, maintaining a fairly solid pool of healing (along with a few other things it buffs)
judgement is also a solid choice but 3k armor is pretty tanky, and the only other shout i would run would be hold the line. I think the healing boost and keeping on the dodge rolls will out weigh the bit of regen i get there, and im not short on sources of protection.
atleast thats my reasoning, final skills can be swapped around easily enough.
Justice is Blind and Inspired Virtues are really good traits to have.
AoE blind and boons on your virtues help your team much more then having 20 in Zeal.

Not to thread jack, but I’ve been wanting to get away from the healway build for a bit, I made this last night.
I run WvW on a bronze tier server so most of our ZvZ is 25v25 or so. I mainly run with smaller groups of 10-15. The larger zerg fests (25v25) are normally only on reset nights.
What I wanted out of the build were:
Roughly 3k Attack
40% Crit
3100 Armor
16k HP
60% Crit Dmg
I’m also tired of being slow, so I’d really love to have the 25% movement speed, hence why I went with Traveler’s runes. Runes of Speed were my next choice, but not as beneficial. How well will this build hold up in fights? My warrior runs with similar stats but 20-21k HP and with situational awareness I have zero problems.

i agree, and condi removal is fairly weak on this build. but in a zerg i was getting enough peels that it was not a problem.
I ended up crafting the exotic equivalent to try it out (actually i made it for my wife, then after realized that celestial is BoA. Doh!). But anyways i ended up running clerics staff and knights GS to great affect. changed zeal 10 to protectors impact and strength in numbers to purity. Worked well, after i get the bloodlust charged up i switch to energy sigils and was putting out good healing and mobility in zergs.
the 20 zeal may shift to virtues (most likely will), but as far as gear and stat balance go im happy with the armor/runes/accessories. auto attacks with full buffs where north of 4k on some targets and i was getting 6.6k whirlwinds.
ps. 25% speed buff on a guardian is crazy fun.
