Hi evryone.Im starting lvling up my guardiand,but i usually spend almost all resources on my main ele.

But LFG is usually full of ele so i was looking for a build on thw guardian capable of doing decent dmg while beinf beefy enought to tank more hit then other zerker

basically is an eavy burn build,with a mix of condi dmg,burn duration,toughness and vitality.Is it viable for pve or is just better go zerk?or go more healing power?

Also,how does the block mechanics work?can i block attack without shield/skill?

Guardian can block attack using lots of skills. One of them being Virtue of Courage/Shield of Courage (your F3) basically everything that applies Aegis to you is a block.
When I was using Burn Guardian I was using Carrion on my armor and weapons, and a bit of mixed stuff on my trinkets to have some Toughness and Precision/Ferocity. And I was using Superior Rune of Balthazar for the condi damage and the extra burn duration.
But now with Dragonhunter I switched to Zerker because I need all that DPS for the Raid.

That’s a good question, Guardian is pretty lucky and has 3 good elite skill.
Renewed focus is great for survivality, but personaly I prefer it on Dragonhunter since the Virtues are more powerful.
Feel My Warth is a great DPS inscrease for everyone in your party, fun times.
[DH only] Dragon’s Maw is the best tool for DH to destroy a breakbar into oblivion. Plus it gives 10 might upon activation.
I don’t like the signet that much, but I can see it being useful if you really want that heal.

If it says dmg it should be all your dmg, including condi (I might be wrong, but I hope not :P )
If you’re going condi build with guardian you should use Runes of Balthazar
If you need more survivability, go with Dolyak
Rune of the Wurm for a freaky Vit/Fer boost (I like it okay :| Don’t judge me)
Scholar is really good, but sometimes if can be hard to stay at 90%+ hp.
Rune of the Flame Legion is very good, even on power build, since Guardian easily burn any enemy just by existing close to them

I had another rune in mind but I forgot it, maybe I’ll edit this message later. Or maybe I’ll just completely forget about it.

Yeah i mean,i was going with a flame legion rune for budget ,but i read somewere that the 7% modifier doesent aplly at condi dmg but only on raw dmg,still looking for a check xD

Right now im testing wrath elite,but i come from an elementalist main,were the elite is usually trash,so i have to force myself to try to spam it more xD the cd is ridicoulous low!
