Use Greatsword Power, not Shattered Aegis. Pure of Heart likewise isn’t useful for you. Switch your heal to Shelter, use it pro-actively to block. Switch Runes of the Guardian to 5 Citadel + 1 Ruby to get you some much-needed Fury. You have way too much toughness and way too little power; Frankly with a Meds build I always like to go for higher damage to take advantage of your mobility and durability, so I’d do Valkyrie armor and Berserker trinkets. Huge damage improvement. If you’re insistent on being sturdier, use Soldier and Berserker.

Sorry, I’m an idiot. I meant Zealous Blade. Better, but you’ll save your sanity by having all of your armor be one thing and all of your accessories be another. Then when you buy more sets later for future builds, you won’t have to mix and match so much.

I’ve been running that trait set up since I started playing, it’s a lot of fun. Only thing I’ve been doing different is writ of exaltation instead of pure of heart. Larger symbols are pretty nice, especially since zealous blade heals you now for every target your symbols hit, for each pulse. I didn’t feel like pure of heart offered much to this build style as your only source of aegis is your virtue, and the first aegis to get taken away is generally when your at full hp anyhow, so the heal on removal is kinda pointless a lot of the time.

Once you start mixing things besides knights and cavalier together, you should drop all pieces of knights and cavalier and switch to soldiers and berserkers. It will give you better stat distribution in the end. Also, pick some weapons.
