The build looks decent, but if you’re going to be running four meditations, it would be better to use monk’s focus over altruistic healing. I’d also replace retributive armor with meditation mastery in that case as well, because you’ll benefit more from faster meditation recharge, than you will from the 4% extra crit chance.
Also, if this is a PvE focused build, I wouldn’t use wrathful spirit, because retaliation as a whole is not a very useful boon in PvE. Even if it was, your only source of aegis on this build is virtue of courage, which at best will give you aegis once ever 40 seconds. 3 seconds of aegis every 40 seconds is really just not going to do you any favors at all. Perhaps replace it with larger symbols or protective reviver.
As for your gear, I’m not sure about the runes of the traveler. I know guardians can feel slow, but the only real benefit of those runes for your build is the movement speed bonus. The + to all stats is pretty much negligible and the boon duration isn’t as useful for a build that is running meditations, as opposed to a more boon oriented shout build. Considering the boon you’ll be stacking the most is might (from your staff, greatsword auto and empowering might trait) I’d rather use superior runes of strength, which would benefit your might duration more significantly, as well as increasing your damage when you have might (which, guaranteed, will be all the time).
